Michael Stackpole is one of the most creative and prolific authors in the world of science-fiction and game-oriented writing today. His Battletech series "The Warrior Trilogy" (Warrior: En Garde, Warrior: Riposte and Warrior:Coupe') defined the early Battletech world, while his "Blood of Kerensky" series did the same for the later era. FASA still uses his works to define major events in that universe. His "X-Wing: Rogue Squadron" series are also extremely popular books and comics.

Mike Jittlov is without a doubt one of the great creative minds in filmmaking. His "The Wizard of Speed and Time" is a masterpiece of visual effects in a film whose budget was lower than a single episode of a typical sitcom. Further, a number of USS Yeager people are proud to call him friend.

Galtham Films

Galtham Films is a nationwide film production organization (well, anyway, one of the founders is in California and the other is in Virginia) producing sometimes silly, sometimes serious films on a shoestring budget. Their current project, "Space Rogues", has been well received on the convention circuit and local cable. Additionally, several members of Yeager have worked on various episodes.

A mid-winter Relax-a-con held in Williamsburg, Virginia. If you're into big name celebrities and mile-a-minute programming, this is not the con for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a weekend getaway with a really neat bunch of fan-type-people, this is the place for you.
Technicon

A long-running fan favorite and one of the best small conventions anywhere. Big enough to have something for everybody, but small enough to get to enjoy almost everything.
Rising Star

It's not officially a Yeager convention, but almost the entire staff is composed of Yeager people, including the Board of Directors. Probably the largest group of major celebrities you'll ever see at a small convention, and the entire thing's put on in support of education.
